I once thought I had the most non-linear career imaginable. Just a year after college, I stepped into entrepreneurship leading to me spending time in everything from wholesale to e-commerce and product development.
I've experienced everything from being a solopreneur to building teams, and from founding startups to leadership in large corporations.
Reflecting on my journey, it's clear that my deepest passions have always been in leadership, people development, growth, and business strategy.
Today, people call me all kinds of titles—executive coach, mentor, speaker, occasionally even a therapist. Whatever you call me, I'm here to serve.
What I’m really up to is turning the leadership conversation on its head. My mission is to shift the way we think about leadership and how we show up as leaders. By doing so, we transform what we create in our workplaces, our homes, and throughout our lives, while also encouraging those we lead to take on similar life-altering journeys.
My own transformational experiences deeply shape my coaching, whether one-on-one, in groups, or at my Leadership Schools. Away from work, I cherish time with my incredible wife, Meredith, and our two sons, Samuel and Noah, who are my greatest inspirations.
